Talon Precision Tooling Brand New ER 20 1/8" or # 6 to 1/2" CNC Rigid Tap Collet Set, Includes: 1 ea. Of #6, #8, #10, #12, 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" & 1/2 Collet Features. Collet accuracy: 0.0004 T.

Special design locks tap square in slots. Tap Shanks ASME B94.9-1999. Collet holes made for tool shanks with h6 tolerance. Collets do not "collapse" to the same degree as standard ER collets.

Talon "slotted" ER tap collets are designed to clamp both the round and the square shank on the tap, providing greater rigidity and better tapping performance. Use with any standard ER, RD, DR, ESX or BR collet chucks for all rigid tapping jobs. Note: Taps are not included. ER 20 Rigid Tap Collets.
